Having a powerhouse team of accounting professionals and stellar support staff has always been an integral part of serving our clients well. With less people entering the accounting field in the US and current professionals suffering high rates of burnout, we knew we had to get creative to in order to be our best for our clients and be true to our core mission of bringing joy to accounting. Therefore, we are proud to partner with Cadencia, a Guadalajara-based accounting staffing agency, to supplement and support our Oregon home team.

Our Guadalajara-based team members are highly trained and experienced accountants and bookkeepers. Many have experience working with major US corporations and all have college degrees. They are each 100% dedicated to Sherwood Tax only and are as much a part of our team as our US managers in Vancouver and Bend. We love getting to know them as professionals and people.
How Our Team Helps
Our GDL based team helps support our US Client Success Managers. From data entry to tax preparation, our Mexican staff accountants and support team make sure that your tax return is correct and filed in a timely fashion. By shouldering some of our workload, our Client Success Managers, CPAs, EAs, and more are able to avoid burnout and stay in the industry for many years to come.
