How to: Pay Your Quarterly OR Taxes Online

One question we get asked a lot by our clients here in Oregon is how they can quickly and easily pay their quarterly taxes online. Luckily it’s a simple process, if you know where to go - let’s walk through it!

  • Use your internet browser to navigate to this link: Oregon Revenue Online

  • Scroll down to “Make a Payment”

  • Choose the type of payment you would like to make (checking/savings or debit/credit)

  • In the pull down menu for “ID type,” choose Social Security Number, and then enter your SSN and your last name in the following fields.

  • The phone number and email can be whichever your prefer. These are not fields that they can verify and do not need to match what you’ve shared with us or the department of revenue in the past.

  • You do not have a payment voucher with a media link, so you can leave this blank.

  • For Account Type, choose Personal Income Tax

  • For Payment Type is Estimated Payment

  • For Filing Frequency, choose Annual.

  • For Tax Year, choose the current year (2021).

  • Enter your bank information on the Payment Channel screen and adjust the Payment Date if you wish.

  • Enter the Payment Amount, confirm, and hit Submit!

If you have any questions or issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our team here at Sherwood Tax by emailing cpa@sherwoodtax.com. A member of our team will respond as soon as possible.
